[imp] view an email. encoding problem

Hello everyone,
I have the problem to view an email in my language with UTF-8 encoding. I've 
attached two pictures to show my problem. 
letter_utf8.png - what I can see in my IMP client.
letter_utf8_source.png - this is the source code that email where we can see 
that everything is Ok.

Can anybody help me to resolve the problem (to tune IMP config or PHP 
opthions)?
