[imp] PGP or S/MIME with attachments

This is potentially true.  Due to the way embedded MIME parts are  
handled in IMP 4.x, the data of the part needs to be stored in the  
session.  If the part is too large, it may not be able to be saved in  
the session.

This has already been fixed many months ago in IMP 5.
