Finally, I achieved it with following changes. My domain is
'isac.gov.in'. Though, this is not a clean of achieving the objective.
1. lib/Horde/IMAP/Admin.php
diff Admin.php Admin.php.ori
202c202
< return preg_replace('/.*' .
preg_quote($this->_params['userhierarchy'], '/') . '(.*)/', '\\1' .
'@isac.gov.in', $list);
---
> return preg_replace('/.*' .
> preg_quote($this->_params['userhierarchy'], '/') . '(.*)/', '\\1',
> $list);
2. imp/acl.php
diff acl.php.ori acl.php
213c213
< $new_user_field .= "\n" . '<option>' . htmlspecialchars($user)
---
> $new_user_field .= "\n" . '<option>' .
> htmlspecialchars(substr($user,0,-strlen('@isac.gov.in')))
