[imp] Maximum Attachment Size in megabytes instead of bytes

I have configured horde 3.2 and imp 4.2, when I composed and saw the attachment
file, it displays Maximum Attachment Size in bytes, how can I change in order to
display Maximum Attachment Size in megabytes.
