[imp] IMP + some complains in the log

   Hi guys,
in the horde.log I've some complains from IMP :

Jul 06 14:38:30 HORDE [notice] [imp] Logout for lh [77.48.61.114] to  
{localhost:143 [imap/notls]} [pid 24112 on line 67 of  
"/srv/www/htdocs/horde/imp/login.php"]
Jul 06 14:38:52 HORDE [warning] [imp] Could not complete request.  
Reason Given: authentication failure: NO [pid 24112 on line 384 of  
"/srv/www/htdocs/horde/imp/lib/IMAP/Client.php"]
Jul 06 14:38:55 HORDE [warning] [imp] Could not complete request.  
Reason Given: authentication failure: NO [pid 24112 on line 384 of  
"/srv/www/htdocs/horde/imp/lib/IMAP/Client.php"]
Jul 06 14:38:56 HORDE [notice] [imp] Login success for lh  
[77.48.61.114] to {localhost:143 [imap/notls]} [pid 24112 on line 307  
of "/srv/www/htdocs/horde/imp/lib/Session.php"]

   I log to the horde, but it is true that it takes about 10 seconds,  
like it is "thinking"

servers.php:
$servers['imap'] = array(
     'name' => 'IMAP Server',

     'port' => 143,
         'quota' => array(
         'driver' => 'imap',
         'format' => 'long'

);

   What should I check ??? I'm out of a ideas after hours of searching  
some errors and answers, googled too :-/.
