[imp] Problem with linked attachment on larger files

Well, the faq suggest to check the needed php values; which should be
set to values that should do the trick as well for Horde Imp;

file_uploads: On
upload_max_filesize: 256M
max_input_time: 180
memory_limit: 256M
max_execution_time: 600
post_max_size: 256M

To make sure I did also set the upload_tmp_dir = /var/tmp. Imp clearly
receives the attachment when checking the var/tmp directory:

And the Compose windows is updated with the linked attachement info; but
when pressing send the Compose window goes blank and never closes when
trying with the 30M file; but trying with a 3M,6M,8M and 12M files works
fine and as well 10Mx2 files. But, one single 30M won't work.
