[imp] Redirect option does not honour following parameters.

Dear Michael,

To be specific, my email id is asa at isac.gov.in and if I choose  
redirect option and type only asa and send, it should have added  
@isac.gov.in domain part.  But, instead mail bounces back saying  
asa at localhost  mailbox unknown.

This does not happen, if I compose and send a mail with only 'asa' in  
To field.
