I see the image icon, and it does allow me to insert an image as long as it
has a corresponding Internet-accessible URL associated with it. What I
would like to do is insert it as a CID, and reference that in the email
instead, so I don't have to copy the image somewhere before attaching it.
Ideally, I would just be able to drag-and-drop the image into the body of
the email like Gmail allows (or ctrl-v paste it).
