[imp] Cyrillic letters in message compoding

Hallo!

I am stil using Horde 4 groupware and there ir a strange issue. When
forwarding message with cyrillic letters - it all ok, no issues at all, bet
when i am composing new message with cyrillic letters, then this message is
luking like bunch o question marks: ??? ????????? ???? ???????? ? ???? ??
etc

 

What could be reason and solution?
