I didn't see it (and yes I have my glass...well I don't need it in fact ;-))
I'm « administrator » so I can see the Horde/configuration, I got every
(well I guess ) tab about configuration of every application (not much
IMP/INGO/Turba).
I can see :
Configuration
Users
Groups
Permissions
Locks
Alarms
Sessions
PHP_Shell
SQL_Shell
CLI
and that's all.
