[imp] Show deleted / Hide Deleted when move to Trash is chosen

No.  This has been discussed on the list multiple times before.  You  
can't make assumptions about WHY messages are marked as deleted if you  
are not the MUA handling the marking.  And you can't be providing  
inconsistent ways of deleting messages.
