[imp] Cannot compose/send message in Fedora 19

Have you tried Firefox?  It's possible that Chromium is broken.  I  
don't have access to Fedora 19 so I can't test or debug this myself.   
I can verify all of this works fine with the latest version of Chrome  
(31; Windows 7).
