[imp] User is not authorized for Mail error

Hello,

 

Ever since our Horde installation was upgraded from 5.1.1 to 5.2.4, we have
been getting the error: "User ___ is not authorized for Mail" when a user
logs in. Though they can see Calendar and Task list. Clicking on "Mail"
prompts a re-authentication, which then allows the user to access Mail.

 

I have tried the potential fixes listed here
http://wiki.horde.org/FAQ/Admin/Troubleshoot but none of them have worked.

 

We are using php 5.3. Any ideas?
