[imp] Installing imp from git

Hi, I've installed the Horde framework from git with no problems. But 
when I run the imp tests, it says there is no conf.php in imp/config, 
and tells me to configure it via the web admin interface. Now when I go 
to do that, there is no "Mail" app listed. There is an imap 
configuration in the Horde application, but no "Mail" application at 
all. The imp director yis there and looks normal. So how can I enable 
mail for a git install? Thanks for your help.
