Thanks Mike and Jan.

Yes, running squatter already on the IMAP server - every day in full  
and every 3 hours incrementally... not sure there is much more I can  
do there.

I'll fire the old VM up again and do some side by side comparisons,  
with IMAP debugging enabled.
