[imp] Do not mark message as read upon reading message

Hi,

I have been relaying on the ability to disable marking a message as  
read upon reading it for many years so far.

Recently I switched off from google's gmail mail service and set up a  
vps with isconfig and horde.

However, I have found that Horde IMP lacks the configuration option to  
disable automatic message mark as read upon reading a message.

Is this planned?

Would be a great feature.
