[ingo] folder not available

ok, that was easy ;)
apparently IMP thinks that I am not subscribed to these folders
The question is, should IMP read subscription info from the server? Or
keeping separate subscription was done on purpose?
For example cyrus keeps subs file which contains all subscribed folders. So
any client can behave the same way.

And the second question is - where does ingo keep rule if they are not
activated? in sql?
are there plans for it to connect to sieve and retrive existing rules?

thanks Mike
