ummm... you got me there... it's basically the same code that creates the IMP
folder lists. so what ever imp show, ingo shows.... i think.. :-)

Ingo stores everything in prefs. and at this point, there are no plans to
retrieve existing rules as elsifs are too hard to handle. If someone writes an
import part to ingo then the option to import imp filters could be added.
