[ingo] error,after saved new rule

Hi there, using today's CVS of INGO and got blank page with error message while
try to save new rule:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ingo_driver in
/usr/local/apache/horde.beta/ingo/lib/Driver.php on line 13
