Right now my list looks like
  1. whitelist (in progress)
  2. backport to horde/imp RELENG
  3. procmail recipe support for Maildir folder name format
  4. procmail rules/vacation
  5. abstracted rule storage and SQL implementation

Step 4 is where I could work on this idea, if nobody else has worked on
it.
