[ingo] a problem when not logged in to imp...

Hi!  
 
We are using the server list to log separately into imp. Ingo doesn't seem to check if user has 
logged in to any mailaccount and fails f.ex. to get the folderlist.  
 
I get the following error using blacklist when not logged in to imp:  
Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/html/horde/ingo/lib/Ingo.php on line 78;  
 
A check of some kind in the coming versions would be comfortable.
