No it doesn't (at least not critical ones).  I (and a bunch of people) 
are using
it just fine.

You just can't use the CVS version with Horde 2/IMP 3.  There is no stable
version of ingo for use with those versions (you can try downloading ingo
RELENG_1 and see if that works for you - see http://www.horde.org/source/)
