Try something like the following:
Above the backends array, insert this line:
$host = $_SESSION['imp']['server'];
Then, in the array, change it to look like:

> 'driver' => 'vfs',
> 'preferred' => '',
> 'hordeauth' => true,
> 'params' => array(
> // Hostname of the VFS server
> 'hostspec' => $host,
> // Name of the procmail config file to write
> 'procmailrc' => '.procmailrc',

> // The VFS driver to use
> 'vfstype' => 'ftp'
> ),
> 'script' => 'procmail',
> 'scriptparams' => array(

That way, the imap hostspec is picked up at login.
Then, let the list know if it works for you.
