[ingo] Solved: Strange Sieve Problem

The problem is that on this installation, it passes:

1. The admin username.
2. The effective user's password.

That doesn't work - once we fixed that little section of code - it  
now passes the admin user's password like it needs to.

If it was passing:

1. The effective user's username.
2. The effective user's password.

Then it'd be great - but it wasn't - for whatever reason.
