[ingo] problem with sieve forward rule.

for some reason when my clients enable the forward rule in Sieve AND 
enable keep; mail is no longer filtered by any subsequent rules.

This occurs no matter which position in the list the forward rule appears.

We are using Ingo H3 (1.1.4)

Any ideas or suggestions?
