[ingo] Filters doesn't appear in webmail

Hi list,

I've tried to upgrade my horde from 3.1.5 to 3.3. I've problems and go
back (I will do this in the future).

What I do make backup:
- tar for all pages;
- mysqldump horde;

It's working like before. My problem: one of my users, can't see his
filter from webmail.
I can see the rules in the horde_prefs table, but not from webmail.

There is something to run, to see the filters again in webmail?
