[ingo] Error initializing TLS

Hello,

When I try to make a new rule with Ingo, or when I try to change the
vacation-option, I get this message:

Changes saved.
There was an error activating the script. The driver said: "Error
initializing TLS"
--------

In backends.php I have:  'usetls' => false,

What would be wrong?

How to debug this problem?
