[ingo] update all filters on FS?

Hello,

I have globally changed some settings for our users' filters and would like
to store all filters to filesystem.

Is there any script to flush updated filters to filesystem or must I do that
manually, by editing files or (hope not) logging as those users and issuing
commands to store filters?
