Did you create all the other configuration files?

Could be from other problems, but the weather site we use is currently 
broken (yet again) and while returning valid xml, there is no weather
info in the xml.

I've got a new, updated file with non-US sites including France.  I've not
posted or comitted it yet, since the weather site is broken and thus it
can't be tested.
