[jonah] Subscription preferences format changes?

In the snapshot I'm running production on my site (2003-03-16) I have set up
12 news source subscriptions.  But when I load that same preference in the
latest snapshot (2003-03-26) only six show up.

Is there a change in the preference format between these two snaps, or did I
miss a limiting setting?
