[jonah] Invalid argument supplied for foreach() - newbie

Hello,
I tried to configure jonah. Some features work fine,
I can see weather info from düsseldorf. ! :))
but under the Weather the following error messages comes:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in
/srv/www/htdocs/horde/jonah/content.php on line 78

I Go to Einstellungen (maybe preferences) everything seems
to work fine.

I Go to "news admin"
I got the errors see bottom:

I think I read all the mailing list and all info from *.dist files.
But I can´t find my error in config.

Can anybody help ??
