[kronolith] Errors creating recurring events with SQL driver

Apparently this is a BAD idea...

I've done some more research. Again, coding for the fix is better
left to someone that actually knows how to program PHP (*grin*) but it
appears that postgresql returns the field names from the database is
all lowercase, so looking for SQLEvent['event_recurType'] doesn't find
anything. Instead, it needs to be SQLEvent['event_recurtype'], and
the same with the rest of the fields using mixed-case.

I know in the Perl DBI, you can specify whether you preserve the case
passed by the DB, or whether PERL/DBI forces it to upper or lowercase.
In the meantime I went through and changed all SQLEvent['...'] fields
to lowercase, and it now works, so if someone can resolve a way to
handle that difference between pgsql and mysql, we should be safe.

However, putting the error message in there actually masks the
problem. There really SHOULD be such errors, because without them
it's silent, but it's broken.

Quoting Jan Schneider <jan@horde.org>:
