Switching from mcal to sql

Hi all,
   It's my understanding that kronolith's driver can be switched from mcal to 
sql. We already have data stored on the filesystem for mcal. Can anyone give 
pointers on switching to sql? I figure I'll have to export all the data before 
making the switch and then import it on the sql side of things. Any conf file 
examples would be nice.
