[kronolith] Problems with configuring kronolith

Yes and no. There is a tarball (0.0.3) on the ftp server that was cut when 
we released Horde 2.0. So this version should work with the RELENG version.

But the latest Kronolith from cvs relies on Horde from cvs as Michael said.
