Alarm Notification/Second Alarm Was: [kronolith] Question About TheAlarm

What I'm proposing is more of a persistent notification mechanism (cron or
otherwise).  Are you saying that the Horde framework will have a persistent
process for notitification rather than the current CGI/request-only mechanism?
