[kronolith] Listing Calendars

Not sure if this was designed to work this way, but the default personal 
calendar (which is private) does not have a name (in the list box). If you 
create a calendar, the personal one becomes inaccessible since there's no way 
to access it via the list box. 

Also, the calendar_ids are copied into the Horde Groups and Permissions as 
children of kronolith.share. I am presuming that this is the expected behaviour?
