[kronolith] No events when no categories (HEAD)

Regarding HEAD:
When I set the category driver to none (conf.php), all the existing _and_ new 
events are marked "Event from startime to endtime". The description of the 
event, the link of the event and the deletelinks are dropped! Does the HEAD 
code only work when the category driver is set to sql?
