[kronolith] broken link to nag-tasks

Hello,

with the current CVS version the link from the summary page and from the
kronolith views to due-nag-tasks shows to ..../nag/view.php?task=86&tasklist=7C
 --> tasklist=7C leads nowhere, the   7C   should be the task-owner.
