[kronolith] New Events in Kronolith always have "Start On" Year of 2002...

Hi,

I'm running Kronolith version RELENG_1 cvs'ed this morning and I've been 
noticing for a while now that whenever I try to create a new Kronolith event 
the initial "Start On" year is always set to 2002, whereas the "End On" year is 
set correctly. And this is not limited to New Events created in 2003. I seem to 
get the same behavior in 2004, 2005, 2006 and so on.

I've searched the mailing list archive and vaen't found anybody else 
complaining about this, so I assume this might be something screwed up on my 
end.  Does anyone have any ideas where I can start looking to try to figure 
this one out (to make matters worse, I don't really understand PHP nor am I a 
MySQL guru).
