[kronolith] Holiday Thingy

Here is a modified Holiday thingy that works great with the Import Feature.
Select CSV and First Row Contains Fields and proceed.  Will continue working
to eliminate step 3 – map date and time fields – maybe change the format of
the CSV to DD/MM/YYYY?  Also, still thinking about a data.php patch to allow
passing in directly from a link
