[kronolith] SyncML support

Dang, I was affraid allready it was not such an open and friendly standard..
How about a WAP version of Kronolith (like MIMP for IMP)?
This would be less powerfull but will have a big number of supporting devices.

I'm sure something will be available in the future, just think of the 
possibility of having your high end phone or PDA synchronizing through their 
GPRS/UMTS connection! No more wires/IR/Bluetooth and custom software for each 
implementation!

But I guess I'll have to be patient since I'll be too busy to work on this 
myself unfortunately.

PS: People at work are asking about calendar sharing etc. so I'm considering
switching to HEAD; what's the best way to get most stable Horde possible from 
the HEAD the branch?
