[kronolith] Fatal error - cvs

I'm just in the process of installing the cvs version
of kronolith.

When I type the url:  http://myserver/horde/kronolith
- i get the following error:

Fatal error: Failed opening required
'/var/www/html/horde/kronolith/../lib/Test.php'
(include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in
/var/www/html/horde/kronolith/index.php on line 17



Tried searching Google, but didn't find any real
solution....I browsed to the
/var/www/html/horde/kronolith/lib/ directory, and
there ISN'T a Test.php...is it missing , or supposed
to be there??
