[kronolith] running kronolith cvs sucessfully in a workplace?

We run it successfully at our school (calendar.brooks.edu) as a shared
calendar.  Works great.  I think to upgrade you'll just need to run the
convert_categories.php scrip (I think that's the name, too lazy to check
;) in the horde/scripts/ folder.
