[kronolith] Help Changing Printed Month Calendar

I wasn't sure whether this should go here or to the dev@ list, so I'll try here
first.

I would like to make some changes to the printed month calendar, and could use
some help getting started. So far, my research *appears* to have revealed that
the printed calendar is rendered in javascript (which is bad, because my
javascript knowledge is worse than my php knowledge).

I want to:

1. Display grid lines around each day.

2. Make the category colors background the event, instead of border it. With the
thin border, there isn't enough differentiation between the categories to tell
them apart on my calendar, but on the screen (where the event text is
backgrounded by the color), it's obvious which category is which.

If somebody could even just point me to the file in which the printed month
calendar is rendered, I think I might be able to figure out how to accomplish
these myself. If there's interest in these changes, I'd be glad to post a
patch.

If anybody's interested, I've got a *great* story I can post about a problem we
had at work for which a few solutions fell short, but kronolith was *perfect*.

Thanks in advance for any help!
