[kronolith] problems setting up kronolith indexes in postgresql

The CVS HEAD has a postgresql script, but it was never backported to RELENG.

Try the attached patch.  The event_creator_id isn't needed, but won't hurt.
It is the DATETIME to TIMESTAMP change you need.
