[kronolith] reminders.php

How can I get reminders to work... when I run the reminders.php script 
from the command line, this is the output....

[root at cartman scripts]# ./reminders.php

Alarm times come and go, and there are no error messages or emails sent.

I am using kronolith-HEAD-2004-04-22
