[kronolith] Responding to Outlook iTip invitation

Outlook gives that message? Or Horde does? I can't quite follow the scenario,
sorry.

There are definitely things that need to be cleaned up/fixed. It's also
definitely a goal to make this work as smoothly as possible, so please keep at
it and file bug reports, etc.
