Actually, it should probably just add it to your calendar automatically 
when you
accept it. Would be much more like other calendar email scheduling apps. Along
the same lines, decline should probably mark the message as deleted - accept
might, too? Etc.

It'd be a patch against Horde, actually. And it might not go in until 
after the
release, but that's okay.
