[kronolith] How to authenticate icalendars?

Hello,

I wrote a message in general horde list about how to configure 
icalendars with webdav authentication.
I have a shared folders with WebDAV. This area is restricted for each 
user so
they have to be authenticated.
What I don't know is how to authenticate this in kronolith.
I have tried several ways:

http://user:password@domain.com/webdav/calendar.ics
http://domain.com/webdav/calendar.ics
and both using webdav:// instead of http:// but none of them worked.

By the other side, if I type
http://user:password@domain.com/webdav/
I can browse the directory webdav so I don't understand why this way 
doesn't work.

Chuck answered me that it should work in this way. Before filing a bug 
anyone have the same configuration working?
any advice?
