[kronolith] Free/busy and remote calendar questions

Two questions:

First, is it possible to restrict or disable publishing of free/busy
information?

Second, I tried adding US Holidays from Apple's site
(webcal://ical.mac.com/ical/US32Holidays.ics) to the Remote Calendars
section, but the US Holidays recurrences don't seem to be working
properly. For example, Memorial Day shows up as 5/31 (Tuesday), when it
should be 5/30 (Monday). The .ics file contains the following
recurrence rule for Memorial Day:

RRULE:FREQ=YEARLY;INTERVAL=1;UNTIL=20040530;BYMONTH=5;BYDAY=-1MO

BYDAY=-1MO apparently means "the last Monday," or something like that,
but Kronolith doesn't appear to be doing that; it just adds a year from
whenever the iCal file said the holiday started. Any suggestions on how
to fix this?

We're using Kronolith 2.0.3 and Horde 3.0.4, running on a CentOS 4
server with php-4.3.9-3.6, if that's important.

Thanks.
